STEM

During STEM (Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) we had great fun designing and making boats in small groups. The challenge was to make a boat that floats using the materials provided only. Firstly, in small groups, we planned & designed our boats and then we made our creations together. Each boat was then put to the test using coins to see which boat could float for the longest time carrying the most amount of coins. We recorded the results and had fun evaluating our work.
