We really enjoyed learning all about St.Brigid. We took part in a live webinar with Children’s Author Caroline Busher who explored the folklore and traditions of our ancestors as they heralded the start of spring and celebrated St Brigid’s day on 1st February each year.
Following this, we used some local rushes to make our very own crosses. Well done to all the children.
