The 5th and 6th class enjoyed a hands-on learning experience in our school garden after learning about germination in class. The children planted carrots and peas, putting their knowledge to use as they prepared the soil, sowed seeds and discussed what plants need to grow. We look forward to hopefully having some of our own vegetables to enjoy soon!
