As part of our learning in English & Irish, we have been learning about procedural writing and Bia (food). We enjoyed baking cookies as part of small groups to put our learning into practice. We looked at all the new words for the ingredients as gaeilge and followed the recipe step by step. We learned a lot about procedural writing and enjoyed our lovely cookies!
